mental health first aid training

Adult Mental Health First Aid is a training course that teaches participants how to recognize, assist, and support those coping with mental difference and/or substance abuse problems.

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to assist adolescents (ages 12-18) experiencing mental health or substance abuse challenges.

Participants receive an official certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid or Youth Mental Health First Aid at course's end.
